Terms of Use (EULA) for Touch Dial

1. Ownership

Touch Dial (“the App”) is owned and operated by Alfredo Ramirez Pacheco, doing business as RamirezCR.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are owned exclusively by the owner.

2. License Grant

The App is licensed, not sold.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on one or more Windows devices for personal or commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.

3. Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

• Copy, redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the core App, except through officially supported plugin or extension mechanisms

• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or ownership notices

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

4. Plugins and Extensions

Touch Dial may provide functionality that allows users to create, load, and use plugins or extensions (“Plugins”).

Plugins are separate works created by users or third parties and are not part of the App itself. Ownership of any Plugin remains with its respective author.

You may create, use, and share Plugins for Touch Dial, provided that such Plugins:

• Do not modify, replace, or interfere with the core App files

• Do not attempt to bypass licensing, security, or technical limitations of the App

• Do not infringe the intellectual property rights of others

• Do not violate applicable laws or regulations

• Are not sold, licensed for a fee, or otherwise monetized

The owner of Touch Dial does not review, endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any Plugins.
Use of Plugins is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner shall not be liable for any damage, data loss, or system issues caused by Plugins, whether created by you or by third parties.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or system failure, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated.
Your rights under this license will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using and uninstall the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

The owner may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
